Prof. Hitoshi Sasaki is a distinguished professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Takushoku University, an institution with a rich 125-year history in Japan. Specializing in educational technology, he brings over 25 years of expertise to the field, making significant contributions to both research and practice. His dedication to advancing educational technology is exemplified by his active involvement in the IEEE Educational Society Japan Chapter, where he was honored with the prestigious Chapter Achievement Award in 2017 for his outstanding contributions. Additionally, he is a respected member of several leading academic societies in Japan, including the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ), the Japan Society for Educational Technology (JSET), and the Japan Society for Information and Systems in Education (JSISE).

Dear Distinguished Delegates, Scholars, Researchers, and Peers, Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you who have come to Tokyo from far away for this international conference.

As a local host, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for your presence. I am honored to have such a distinguished group of researchers and experts from around the globe gathered here to share your knowledge, experience, and groundbreaking work.Tokyo is a vibrant metropolis where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with cutting-edge culture. For those of you who are visiting Tokyo for the first time, I hope you will find this city captivating.

In your free time, I encourage you to explore the city's many attractions by train, metro, bus, bicycle, and rickshaw (“Jinriki Shya”). Immerse yourselves in the rich history and culture by visiting iconic landmarks such as the Sensoji Temple in Asakusa, the Tokyo National Museum in Ueno, or the serene Imperial Palace East Garden.

Don’t forget to indulge in the culinary delights. From world-renowned "Edomae Sushi" and tempura to delectable ramen and countless other gastronomic experiences, your taste buds are in for a treat.Please do not hesitate to approach me if you have any questions or require assistance during your stay.
