Payment
Both authors and listeners are required to complete their registration payment in the Member Center. For Listeners, please login on Member Center and click "Audience Registration" to register as listeners.
Two ways for registration and payment:
Over-the-counter Bank transfer: Account information will be informed if required.
Credit Card: Payment can be made online via PayPal. Payment without PayPal account is available.
Receipt
The hardcopy receipt will not be provided. Please download it in the Member Center by clicking “Download Acceptance Letter & Receipt”. If you need a hard copy proof of the payment, please print it out and bring to the conference registration desk for stamp. For other specific requests, please email us.
Refunds
ICEEPS 2025 organizer hereby reiterates that we are NOT authorized to assist with any Visa application works, we ONLY provide the Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board. Please take this into consideration before completing the payment.
Certificate
The organizer committee issues only ONE certificate for each submission that completes the registration. For example, if 2 authors of one submission both complete their payment, they will receive 2 certificates of presentation. If only 1 author completes the payment, then they will be issued with one certificate of presentation and the other co-author won't be issued with a certificate. If you need both Certificate of "Presentation" and "Attendance", please email to the secretariat in advance.
Certificate of Presentation → for Authors
(indicates a presenter’s name, affiliation and the paper title)
Certificate of Attendance → for Listeners
(includes participant’s name and affiliation)
Certificate Distribution Certificate Distribution Oral presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the session chair after their presentations or at the end of the session. Poster presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the conference staff at the end of their poster session.
The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented. Instead, the certificate of attendance will be provided after the conference.
If authors are not able to present their papers due to unavoidable circumstances, they shall provide the official certification document to request for the certificate of presentation. For more details, please contact the conference secretariat at
