Asia Pacific Conference on Management and Social Sciences
Social Sciences and Cultural Dynamics in Asia Pacific Societies
The 3rd Asia-Pacific Conference on Management and Social Sciences (APMASS 2026) will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 13–15, 2026, bringing together scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from around the world to exchange ideas on emerging issues in management, social sciences, and interdisciplinary studies.
As one of Asia’s most dynamic metropolitan cities, Bangkok offers a unique context for examining the intersections of business, society, culture, technology, and urban transformation. The conference aims to provide an international platform for discussing innovative research, practical insights, and policy implications related to management, organizational development, social change, sustainability, consumer behavior, and digital transformation across the Asia-Pacific region.
APMASS 2026 welcomes original research papers, case studies, conceptual works, and applied research that contribute to advancing knowledge and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration in today’s rapidly evolving social and economic environment.
Special Session:
Tourism, Urban Culture, and Consumer Behavior in Emerging Asian Cities
As part of APMASS 2026, this special session explores how rapidly developing Asian cities are reshaping tourism ecosystems, urban lifestyles, cultural experiences, and consumer behavior. Emerging cities across Asia are becoming influential spaces where hospitality innovation, city branding, digital platforms, heritage preservation, and smart tourism converge.
Bangkok, as a leading global tourism and urban cultural hub, provides an ideal setting for examining the transformation of destination management, social interaction, digital consumer journeys, creative economies, and future city development.
We welcome interdisciplinary contributions from scholars in tourism, hospitality, management, urban studies, sociology, marketing, media studies, cultural studies, and technology innovation. Topics may include tourism and hospitality, urban culture, digital consumer platforms, smart tourism systems, cultural heritage, city branding, urban social transformation, and future city governance.
This special session aims to foster meaningful dialogue on how Asian cities can balance economic vitality, cultural authenticity, technological advancement, and sustainable urban development.
